CONNECTIONS TO TEL AVIV BEN GURION AIRPORT
At the main T3 terminal, you will find a special office to receive information on public transport and the integrated tariff system. The taxi, in our opinion, remains the recommended solution to move from the airport of Tel Aviv Ben Gurion, and reach the center. Of public transport, the train is definitely the best solution.
The taxi is, without a doubt, the most convenient, practical and fast way to travel from Ben Gurion Airport. Taxis were stationed outside the main Terminal. Some are located on the ground floor of the 03 Gate exit, and on the 2 level of the 21 Gate exit.
Always remember to use, exclusively, official taxis, with a clearly identifiable sign and license. It is advisable to check the rate in advance. The taxi drivers speak comprehensible English.
The Taxi is particularly suitable, for 3 or more people, thanks to the prices not too exaggerated. To reach the center of Tel Aviv, for example, in 4 adults with 2 suitcases, the price is about 150NIS (about 36 €). For Jerusalem, the price for the same number is 280NIS; less than 70 €, in 4, is more than acceptable to get to Jerusalem.
A FREE transfer service between T1 and T3 is available at the airport. From the T3, the Shuttle Bus leaves from the G-level, Long-Term Car Park shuttle. From the T1, you can take the bus from the opposite side of the 4 Races.
The train station is located on the lower level of the T3 Terminal, easily accessible, even by people with reduced mobility, thanks to the special lifts.
The daily train connects the Tel Aviv Ben Gurion airport, with numerous downtown areas. The ticket at the ordinary fare costs 13.50NIS (about 3,40 €).
By train, you can move from 05: 00 in the morning to 23: 30. The frequencies range from a minimum of 30 ', to a maximum of 60', in the evening. The journey to the center takes about 20 minutes.
The station is located at the 2 level of the T3 Terminal. The service is guaranteed by several transport companies.
Egged, offers connection to the 5 Line between Airport City, El Al Junction and the international airport.
