The Central Market in Sofia is open every day, from Monday to Sunday, from 07: 30 to 21: 00.
The closing time, makes this market attractive even in the evening, maybe during dinner time, to put something under the teeth. Keep in mind that, as indicated, there is no way to sit down. You can eat something fast.
