One of the most important museums in the world; a wonderful Skyline; the famous Bates Motel of Master Hitchcok's masterpiece Psycho.

What do these three elements have in common?

The answer is called Pyscho Barn. This is the temporary installation chosen for this year from Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York (picture above), on his Roof Garden. The exhibition is open to the 31 October 2016.

Psycho Barn is the work of the British artist Cornelia Parker, and is installed on the MET "terrace". An extraordinary and incredible place, south-west of the fifth floor of the Museum. There is a bar and even flowerbeds in this incredible terrace / garden. A fantastic place, with a view that really leaves you breathless, giving a wonderful view of Manhattan.

Right in this fantastic place, you will have the opportunity to walk and see the incredible work of Cornelia Parker. Psycho Barn, as the name suggests, is inspired by the infamous Motel of the film Psycho; but, at the same time, also at the Red Barn, that is, the red barn that is part of the rural landscape of the United States. The work is in 2 / 3 scale compared to the original; it consists exclusively of the roof and the two facades. The structure is supported by scaffolding and pylons that are not visible.

If you were in New York, do not forget to take a trip to the Psycho Barn in MET's Roof Gard. On the other hand, we are talking about MET, the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. One of the most important museums in the world.
