London Night Tube

Great news for those leaving for London. From Friday 19 August 2016, in fact, has been officially inaugurated London Night Tube. Every Friday and Saturday, two metro lines will remain open throughout the night. Central e Victoriaofficially inaugurate the night service and will remain open throughout the night; between 00.30 and 5.30, there will be six trains per hour passing by London Central.

This is a service of exceptional importance, which serves an extremely high number of stops. A further step forward of what can be considered the metropolitan line par excellence throughout Europe. Friday 19 August, on the first special train, was the mayor of the city, Sadiq Khan.

The first citizen of London, was not limited to a simple "lap of honor"; he chatted with the citizens and those present, and then released a series of enthusiastic statements to the press. The security manager, on the other hand, emphasized the total security of the London Night Tube; the spokesman said that there is no reason why travelers should not feel safe at night, like during the day. About 100 policemen were deployed to patrol the transport network at night time.

From tonight, therefore, every Friday and Saturday evening, the lines Central e Victoria they will remain open. These will soon be followed by the lines Jubilee, Northern e Piccadilly; it will therefore be another historic step forward of the London metro. A highly efficient service.
