26th birthday for one of the most important music festivals in Eastern Europe.
Housed in the beautiful Estonian town of Haapsalu, Augustibluus has carved a leading role in the international scene.
So much to be considered the reference blues event, for "fine palates".
The relaxing atmosphere, the evocative locations scattered throughout the city, and, of course, good music, are the recipe for the success of the festival.
Three days of rhythm and music, with 30 concerts and 8 stages set up in as many locations. But it will also be the streets of Haapsalu, and the various outdoor cafes, to be invaded by Augustibluus. To complete the program, many activities, workshops and workshops.
The Haapsalu blues festival is, without a doubt, the right occasion to enjoy a vacation in the beautiful Estonian town.
HOW TO ARRIVE AND MOVE
Haapsalu is located approximately 100 km south-west of the capital, easily accessible by car and bus. The bus station is located in the city center, near the Feroviario Museum.
Once you have reached the city, you can easily move on foot between the various points of interest and the locations of the Festival, including Museums and the splendid Parco del Castello.
Furthermore, for the duration of the Augustibluus Festival, there will be an expansion of public transport for the local company MK Autobuss AS.
At the end of the last concert, around the 01: 00, a night race is scheduled for Tallin, at the cost of 10.00 €. Tickets can be purchased directly on the bus.
ARTISTS IN AUGUSTIBLUUS 2019
As per tradition, many international artists from Europe and, of course, from the United States, home of the Blues, headed by Rick Estrin & The Nightcats, e Aki Kummar.
Many, of course, national artists. Between these, Kolumbus Kris & friends, Bourbon Sugar, Janis Vanadzins Band, Josmarine, The Tomahawck Brothers.
Among international guests, Gaëlle Buswel from France, the Italians Paul Venturi & Simone Scifoni e The Cyborgs, and many others
I Tickets Concerts and individual performances can be purchased directly on site, at the entrance ticket office of each location. The price varies depending on the show, from a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 29 €.
Rather convenient, however, the Festivals Pass. Especially if bought a little early from the beginning of the Augustibluus.
With this ticket you will have free access to the events for the duration of the festival.
Prices vary depending on the month of purchase. Throughout March, the ticket costs 45 €. In April, 49 € and for all of June and July, 59 €. On the spot, in August, you will pay 64 € instead.
The price is valid for all guests over the age of 14 years. Under 14 enter free, accompanied by a paying adult.
