HOW TO GET
Heaton Park is located just under 10 km from the center of Manchester. It is easily accessible by public transport: the 135, 59, 64, 484, 495, 164 and 165 buses arrive.
By purchasing the convenient TRAVEL PASS, you can use the SHUTTLE BUS or, alternatively, the Manchester METROLINK service. The pass costs £ 6.00 for a single day, and £ 11.00 for two days.
Coming by car, from the M60, just exit the specially designated stop. The park can be reached in a few minutes from the exit. Keep in mind that parking availability is rather limited.
Tickets can be purchased for individual days or tickets valid for the entire weekend. It is advisable to book well in advance because the tickets are literally snapped up.
